Resting with your Body Breathing and Stillness
This practice will release tension in your diaphragm, abdomen and chest to bring greater ease to your natural breath.  The last part of the practice brings your attention to the stillness at the end of your exhale, and invites you to let that stillness expand into your life.  The Awareness Through Movement practice See Saw Breathing would be a good movement meditation to do in conjunction with this sitting practice.

Resting in the Space at the End of the Breath
This meditation teaches inclusive attention of your body, the movement of breath and the gap between each breath.  It introduces you to the experiences of stillness, movement and awareness of timeless space.  To apply this practice in daily life, try noticing the gaps, space, between one activity and the next.

Emptying, Letting Go, Giving Away
This meditation will guide you through a process of settling, then letting go of the various aspects that make up ‘you’ and ‘your life’, until you are left resting in the open awareness that you are.  It was originally taught in the context of a class on Impermanence, Living, and Dying, but is a practice we can benefit from on a regular basis.

Equalizing the Nostrils
This lesson will not only change how you experience the tone, quality, timbre, and resonance of your voice but will help to open your sinuses and change how you experience your head organized over your spine. It can help people with jaw or neck tension, sinus problems, or be a way to change how you experience speaking. For this lesson you will need a chair and a place nearby to lay on the floor, and perhaps some kleenex as your nasal passages will be clearing. You will be toning out loud so be where you feel comfortable making sounds.

See Saw Breathing
If you find that your breath is shallow, or frequently find yourself holding your breathe, this lesson can be very helpful. It works with the parts of ourselves that move while we breathe. It does not teach a ‘right’ way of breathing, but creates the potential of breathing freely in all situations.
